Every month, Patch Rats runs a challenge. Physical. Mental. Creative. Emotional. Financial.
August is a fasting challenge.
You Pick Your Level
16-18 hour daily fasting window for one full week in August. Push your eating window. Entry level. Still hard. Still counts.
Full 24 hour fasts, four times throughout August. Start at bedtime, push through the next day. Water and electrolytes only. This is the main event.
One extended fast. 48 to 72 hours. This is not for everyone. Consult your doctor. Break it with broth, small meals. You earned it.
How It Works
$5 entry gets you two "Eat It" patches — one for you, one for whoever does it with you. Patches ship at the end of the month.
Go to sleep. Wake up. Keep going. Water and electrolytes only.
Broth first. Small lunch. Then go destroy an all-you-can-eat spot with your buddy. You earned it.
